David was the Project Manager for a 1200 sq ft cottage on the same lot as our primary home, so we were very aware of all of the daily schedules & details. David was attentive & responsive, and accessible to his employees, as well as to us. He checked in frequently, & was on-site for all inspections. He is personable & easy to work with.
